WHERE HE WORKS

The Product & Sales Specialist finds a place in highly specialized companies in the Chemical, Life Science and Healthcare sectors to support production in sales, marketing and customization activities of products and services. Can work in the commercial office of companies that produce or market machinery, equipment, and scientific instrumentation in the sector, managing customer requests on a technical basis in the sales and after-sales process (customer care).

WHAT DOES HE DO

He is a figure who combines two specialist skills: the commercial one and the technical one of the products/services of the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. Overall, it manages all phases of the life cycle of a product/service, including its introduction into the market, the sales & marketing processes, the relationship with customers and suppliers from which it collects feedback with a view to continuous improvement. Provides technical consultancy on the contents of the product and the services associated with the product, manages the technical administration of sales and the post-sales phase (customer care).
